A bin collection calendar that follows your changes
Your rounds entered once; each exception on its date; residents see the right day, and their calendar updates itself.
The problem
The PDF does not keep up, residents call
A printed calendar is right on the day it is printed. A shifted round, a bank holiday, a breakdown: the information goes out through the website, social media, the switchboard, and some residents put their bin out on the wrong day.
Step by step
How it works
- You enter one round per municipality (or part of a municipality) and per waste type: days, weekly or fortnightly, kerbside or drop-off point, time, instruction.
- For a given date, you cancel, move or add a collection, with a message to residents.
- Each bank holiday that falls on a round day is put to you as a question: “maintained”, “moved to the next day” or “cancelled”. Until you decide, residents read “to be confirmed”, never a false certainty.
- Residents choose their municipality, see “Tonight, put out…”, the next collections or the week day by day, and can add it to their calendar (iPhone) or to Google Calendar (Android): it updates when you change a date.
Your colours and your words
Default colours follow the French national bin colour scheme; each round can carry its own. The name shown to residents is yours (“Moins jeter” by default).

Access offered, on your own area
Request access for your local authority
- Open the access page and enter your work email address: it is checked against the official directory of the French administration.
- Enter the code you receive by email: you go straight into your institution's own space, locked to its area.
- Open the waste service there: your municipalities and the tools in service are already set; your recycling centres, the drop-off points mapped on OpenStreetMap and your profile follow shortly, taken from public data. Nothing fictitious: it is your area.
- Each colleague signs in with their own address and joins the same space. Each address is valid for one month; access ends by itself.
Reserved for French public bodies: municipalities, inter-municipal bodies, waste syndicates, departments, regions, public establishments, State services. The access pages and the tool's settings screens are in French. Address not recognised? Write to us.
Demo
Or see the demo first
See right away, without asking for anything, what residents see: the Recyclerie (giveaways), collection days, full bins, the map, shredding. The content is an example, labelled as such on every screen.
For the local authority side (dashboards, settings, article 58 return), sign in with your work email: a code is sent to you and you land directly in the waste service.
