Privacy policy

The access request form collects your email address, your name if you give it, your local authority, your role, your municipalities and your message. This information is used to reply to you, prepare your access and present the terms of Moins jeter.

This processing is based on your request: these are steps taken before a possible contract, at your initiative. We do not sign you up to any newsletter without your consent.

Your data is never sold or rented. It is read only by the people who run this website for Challl. It is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. A copy of each request is emailed to contact@challl.com, whose mailbox is hosted by OVH; this email goes through the Ngento platform's email sending service. An acknowledgement is sent to you through the same service.

Requests recorded on the website are kept for three years from the date they are sent, then deleted automatically. The copy received by email is not deleted automatically: we delete it at any time on request, if you write to contact@challl.com.

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@challl.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

The form uses a technical cookie to secure submissions. Visits are counted with an internal tool, without tracking cookies or sharing with third parties; visit data is kept for up to 400 days. No advertising tools are enabled.
